Dana Cestone, Partner


Dana has over 15 years of experience in strategic management of business change in global financial operations and as financial representative for global technology. She has extensive experience in working capital management and control; liquidity management and restructuring; and risk management and compliance. She possesses strong skills in structured problem solving; management of business critical systems; and leadership and team development. Her role spans strategy formulation and integration of risk based solutions across a dozen industries, including: media and publishing, healthcare, consumer products, not-for-profit, business and financial services, telecommunications, middle market, specialty retail and grocery merchandising. Her negotiation experience extends across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.


Her prior professional experience includes: Manager, Merger & Acquisition Risk Services for a public accounting firm; the department head of Global Treasury Services for a maritime organization; and Vice President, Strategy for a major money center bank. She has been a featured speaker at professional conferences on financial related issues, including global liquidity, mergers & acquisitions and risk management; and has performed instructional design, curriculum development and training delivery, including consulting skills and Sarbanes-Oxley.


Her professional associations have included the FCIB-NACM, the AFP and the FWA. Ms. Cestone holds a MBA from the University of Bridgeport where she was elected to the national honor society, Delta Mu Delta; and a BS degree in Finance from Fairfield University. She is Six Sigma Certified.
